What we are looking for
As the Retention Marketing Executive at UNICEF Australia, you will play an effective and efficient supporting role in retaining and engaging our amazing donor base. You will be a valuable team player and will be focused on the ongoing growth of our regular giving and cash programs, on top of optimising marketing programs and delivering a behaviour-based donor journey that will help our supporters stay loyal to us and the work we do for children. Your day will include
Effectively and efficiently supporting the marketing team in growing regular giving products, increasing pledge acquisition and retention through the optimisation of our existing regular giving products.
This role will work closely within Individual Giving and the wider Fundraising & Communications division to grow our regular giving supporter base and increase UNICEF Australia’s overall unrestricted revenue.
Key Responsibilities
We would like you to have the following skills and experience

Effective management in the development and implementation of multiple projects to meet stakeholder requirements

Demonstrated success in meeting tight time frames and staying within budget

Experience with digital marketing technology, including CRMs (Salesforce preferred), CMS,
Google Analytics and email marketing software (Marketing Cloud preferred)

Ability to identify critical issues in supporter acquisition and retention and devise innovative solutions

A passionate and energetic team member with a genuine interest in working in the international aid and development sector
