What we are looking for
A passionate and energetic Philanthropy Manager with a genuine interest in working in the international aid and development sector, you will report to the Head of Philanthropy and play a pivotal role in our Fundraising team. You will be responsible for managing the relationship between UNICEF Australia and a portfolio of major donors and trusts, with a strong focus on prospecting and securing new donors as well as developing and growing existing relationships.
Your day will include

New Business: Secure income from new high-value philanthropists, trusts and foundations.

Relationship Management: Nurture and grow existing high value relationships through exceptional relationship management and build this over time through effective prospect management.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the Fundraising Team and colleagues across UA to achieve UNICEF goals.

Other duties: As directed, responding to organisation priorities such as disaster response, which may require additional duties outside of the usual working hours.
