What we are looking for
UNICEF Australia are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Performance Specialist who loves turning data into results. You’ll use your digital expertise to power campaigns that will create life-changing outcomes for children. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and brings strong digital performance marketing experience and a sharp eye for emerging trends. You will be hands-on with platform optimisation, audience insights and know how to maximise KPIs and drive acquisition growth.
Your day will include
1. Optimising campaigns - across Google Ads and Meta to boost conversions and ROI through hands-on adjustments, testing, and performance troubleshooting.
2. Managing agency relationships- act as the key contact to oversee execution, review recommendations, and ensure deliverables meet performance goals.
3. Oversee budgets - monitoring daily spend, reallocating resources, and leveraging automated bidding strategies for maximum impact.
4, Reporting and analysis - deliver regular performance insights, highlighting opportunities to scale, and driving data-led decision making.
