UNICEF is the world’s largest children’s charity working to protect vulnerable children, globally and here in Australia. Run entirely on voluntary donations, we work to improve the lives of every vulnerable child, no matter who they are or where they live. Every day our teams are on the ground in 190 countries working with local partners to deliver lifesaving help and create lasting change. From vaccinating children in war zones to providing early childhood education access in Indigenous communities, donations help us to protect every child, no matter what.
We are offering a 10 weeks internship position, working 2-3 days per week (120-240 hours total) in a flexible environment, built around the diversity of our team and their needs. Preference for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from March 2026.
What we are looking for
A proactive and curious student with a willingness to learn and adapt to join our Performance, Growth and Insights Team. This team supports fundraising and the wider organisation with audience data and digital expertise, including paid media, email campaigns, and analytics. Join us to help design, execute, and analyse paid media and email campaigns that raise vital funds for UNICEF’s programs for vulnerable children.
Your day will include

Supporting paid media campaign management: strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis that contribute to UNICEF’s objectives and make a real impact for children.
We would like you to have the following skills and experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
