What we are looking for
A Partnerships Coordinator who is highly organised, proactive, processes oriented, and passionate about building meaningful relationships. Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, you will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support our faith-based partnerships, that forms part of the philanthropy team. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, deliver exceptional partner stewardship, and contribute to ambitious fundraising goals will be essential for success in this role. Your role in the team will ensure help to support seamless delivery of multi-year partnerships that fund life-changing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level role into partnerships and fundraising.
Your day will include
- Providing administrative support to the faith- based partnerships team, leading logistics for high-impact partner events and meetings
- Managing and maintaining accurate data using Salesforce to track partnership performance
- Supporting the development of proposals and presentations that inspire new partner engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams and external faith-based partners to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable outcomes
We would like you to have the following skills and experience
- This is an entry level role, for someone looking to learn and progress in relationships/philanthropy, with any experience in philanthropy, fundraising or similar well regarded
- Appropriate tertiary qualification in international development or other relevant area of study, desirable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill with a natural ability to build relationships
- Experience communicating to a range of different audiences
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- A dynamic, self-motivated, ‘people person’ with a genuine interest in working in the international aid and development sector
- A confident kind team player looking to join a happy collaborative team
